Vizcaya Museum and Gardens 61st Annual Ball

Nowhere else in South Florida will you find a more gracious and elegant setting for one of the most celebrated formal affairs in Miami attended by people who care about the preservation of Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. The night begins at the red carpet entrance into the beautiful Gilded Age estate, leading into the gardens and Courtyard for the cocktail soiree. The evening continues with entertainment and an elegant dinner overlooking Biscayne Bay. Attendees bid on fabulous silent auction items and dance the night away. The evening culminates with a spectacular fireworks display from above the historic stone barge. This Ball is held to raise funds for Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, the 1914 home of James Deering. Today, this Historic Landmark continues to celebrate and share its history, the arts and its natural environment with thousands of guests, welcoming visitors from our community and from around the world.
