Barrel-Aged Beer & Brunch Pairing

Don’t miss out on the brunch that has been months in the making. The beers have been aging in barrels waiting to be paired with the perfect brunch plates. On September 17th at 11:30 AM, we’ll be pouring up our best barrel-aged brews to serve with a specially-crafted menu created by Chef Jeff. Tickets for a seat will be $55 plus tax and service. Beer: Pineapple Beach Beermosa Amuse bouche: Shrimp and crab salad napoleon Beer: Last Buffalo in the Park 2nd course: Coconut coffee candied bacon slab and raspberry parfait Beer: Vanilla Bourbon Barrel Aged Nikolai 3rd course: Churrasco steak with a fried egg, sweet potato hash, bourbon braised brussels sprouts Beer: Rum Barrel Aged Pina Colada 4th course: Pineapple ricotta stuffed French toast with rum infused maple syrup Beer: Bourbon Barrel Aged French Toast 5th course: Bananas foster over vanilla bean ice cream and a ginger snap This is a 21+ only event.
