Right on Target Cooking Class at The Yard with Chef Max Santiago

Join us at The Wynwood Yard for a fun, hands-on series of cooking classes led by some of Miamiís favorite chefs. Partially funded by Target Foundation and in partnership with Wellness in the Schools. On May 16th, round up your peeps to join your cooking team for a cake-building class led by award-winning Pastry Chef Max Santiago. Youíll learn how to make a moist and delicious Frangelico-spiked yellow cake layered with homemade raspberry jam and French praline buttercream along with an assortment of toppings to give it your personal touch. Originally from Miami, Max is the corporate executive pastry chef of The Sugar Factory and has garnered legitimate street cred for being the force behind the craft donut craze in the Magic City.
