Make it a night to remember at the brand new Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach. Spend the last of 2018 with a lavish champagne soirée, complete with an open bar cocktail reception and hors d’oeuvres, and an elegant gourmet five-course dinner. Enjoy a special Veuve Cliquot pairing, live entertainment and a midnight countdown with NYE party favors. Make it a family affair; children 5 – 12 years old can celebrate with a delightful buffet and kids club room. Menu - Cocktail Reception: Salmon cornets with yuzu crème and espelette. “Shortrib vol au vent” with onion chutney. Charred octopus, paired with eggplant caponata, topped with basil. Buffalo mozzarella arancini with a sundried tomato garnish. Amuse Bouche: Tomato sphere with gazpacho gel and a basil powder. First Course: Truffled egg with potato cream, espelette and a parmesan cracker. Second Course: Warm shrimp salad over swank farm greens, citrus and avocado. Third Course: Skuna bay salmon with charred cippolini, wild mushrooms and celery root puree. Fourth Course: 28 day dry aged beef with white asparagus, root veggie soubise and truffle béarnaise. Dessert: Flexi chocolate ganache with a dark chocolate micro sponge and dark chocolate crisp, topped with passion fruit, berry, chocolate gel with white chocolate milk crumble.
