Restaurant Week Camp (Ages 9-13 / 5-day / M-F)

Class/Workshop, Food/Tasting

Dreaming of being a restaurant chef or just love going out to eat? Join us as we explore the ins and outs of restaurant cooking. Focusing on a different type of restaurant and cuisine each day, budding chefs will learn culinary basics and take it up a notch selecting unique flavors. Each chef takes a turn being the “Executive Chef” of their team, guiding them through surprise “health inspections” to ensure sanitary rules are being followed, no matter how finger-licking-good the ingredients taste. Join us as we hone our knife skills, plating, and team work while developing recipes for appetizers, entrees and desserts that will leave our customers cheering for more! $225 for full week or $49 per day. Full week registration includes an apron to decorate and recipe book on the last day. Single day campers may purchase an apron for $9+ tax.

Chinese Takeout Workshop (Adult / BYOB)

Chinese Takeout? Yes, please. Leave the take-out menu at home and join us for Chinese favorites with a TBK twist. We’ll master delicious General Tso’s Chicken and learn to make scrumptious Chicken Scallion Dumplings with a dipping sauce that is so amazingly good, it’ll leave you wanting more. No takeout meal is complete without a custom Fortune Cookie and tips & tricks to help you master chopsticks. Grab your friends, a bottle of wine and join us for a fun night of Chinese favorites. Let’s take your palate on a world tour and enjoy flavorful favorites from each country we visit including Lasagna Cupcakes and Chocolate Biscotti from Italy, Coconut Mango Cake from Thailand, Fortune Cookies from China, Butternut Squash Empanada from Mexico and many more. Pack up your adventure bags and let’s get cooking! $225 per week or $49 per day. Full week registration includes an apron to decorate and recipe book on the last day. Sushi + Dumplings Workshop (Adult/BYOB)

The art of sushi making takes years to master, but we’ll get you up and running by the end of the evening! Join us as we learn the basics of creating fresh and delicious Uramaki, Maki and Temaki rolls, that look great and taste even better. We’ll also master the gentle art of preparing and folding our signature Dumplings with an oh-so-good Honey Soy Dipping Sauces perfect for you to whip up for your next dinner date. Join us as we cook our way through mystery baskets and surprise ingredients to prepare a starter, main course, and dessert to dazzle our palates and inspire our budding chefs. All camps feature both savory and sweet recipes from our signature Spinach Potato Gnocchi to Brownie Bites, and Banana Pudding. Add your own spin on our classic recipes to create something truly amazing. Let’s get cooking! $225 per week or $49 per day. Adult Cooking with Beer Workshop

Join us as we create a delicious menu highlighted by several scrumptious stouts. We will whip up a tasty array of options from fresh salad topped with an IPA Vinaigrette to beer mac & cheese and chicken with beer & mushroom pan sauce. Take a break from the books and learn how to make an oh-so-delicious red velvet cupcake completely from scratch. And, when they say an apple a day keeps the doctor away, we’re taking that literally and decorating our cupcakes to resemble sparkling red apples that are sure to leave everyone cheering for more.
