Nicole Henry's Annual Winter Concert

Miamiís own award-winning jazz recording artist, Nicole Henry, performs her sixth annual winter concert on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the historic Colony Theatre in Miami Beach. The concert will raise funds and awareness for Miami Music Project, which empowers children to achieve their full potential through music education and performance opportunities. A highlight on the Miami winter calendar, the concert has enjoyed sold-out successes in its five years. For this yearís theme ďFor the Love of You,Ē Henry celebrates the season of love and of giving. Named after The Isley Brotherís 1975 hit song, the concert will feature a range of music including pop, soul, Broadway, jazz, Songbook, inspirational, and holiday. The concert begins at 8pm at the Colony Theatre, 1040 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139, preceded by a 6:30pm reception on Lincoln Road for sponsors and VIP ticket holders. VIP tickets are $100. Erika de La Vega in Puras Cosas Maravillosas

Venezuelan actress, comedian and television personality Erika De La Vega, makes her theatrical debut at the prestigious Colony Theater starring in the first ever Spanish interpretation by a female of the acclaimed and magical work "Puras Cosas Maravillosas." The production was written by Duncan MacMillan and directed by Michel Hausmann. "Puras Cosas Maravillosas" celebrates the power of humor, De la Vega's main work tool. It tells the story of a girl who at the age of 7 begins to make a list of the things that are worth living for, in the face of her mother's chronic depression and her repeated suicide attempts.
