The Expendables


The Expendables' sound is described as an eclectic mix of genre-bending rock, reggae and surf. The four-piece outfit from Santa Cruz has performed with Slightly Stoopid and reggae legend Eek-A-Mouse, as well as made appearances on the Vans' Warped Tour and their own local radio show.

Candlebox rode the grunge wave to multi-platinum success in the early '90s, even though there were many among the Seattle faithful who considered their music a watered down version of the real thing. After a hiatus in 2000, the band returned in 2006.

J Boog

Born in Long Beach, raised in Compton and based in Hawaii, Samoan-American reggae/R&B singer J. Boog (born Jerry Afemata) has worked steadily since releasing his debut, "Hear Me Roar," in 2007, which landed at No. 8 on Billboard's reggae albums chart. In 2011, he released a self-titled that went to No. 19 on the Billboard's Top Heatseekers chart and reached No. 3 on Top Reggae Albums. His next album, "Backyard Boogie," topped the reggae charts for 2011, 2012, and 2013, and in July 2013 his "Live Up!" EP reached went to No. 18 on the Top Heatseekers chart. He has played with Damian Marley, Ziggy Marley, The Green, Rebelution and his regular touring mates, The Hot Rain Band.

Dr. Dog is an indie, psychedelic rock band from the greater West Philadelphia area. Band members play two guitars, bass, drums, keyboard and three part harmonies. Philadelphia Weekly has described the band’s music as a blend of “a little folk, blues, indie rock, soul, bluegrass and a whole lot of down-home harmonizing. They channel The Band one moment, the Beach Boys another, and Pavement the next."

Original Wailers


Bob Marley & The Wailers sold more than 400 million albums in the last four decades, and his backing band helped propel this international success. In 2008, two legendary Wailers reunited to create a new, tighter band, The Original Wailers, featuring American-born guitarist Al Anderson, who played on 'No Woman No Cry' and Junior Marvin, lead vocalist/guitarist for The Original Wailers. The rest of the band's lineup changes from time to time.
